I got stuck for the last time this month. I was all ready to drop my pants for an ultrasound too, but all they needed was my blood. Woohoo! That meant no co-pay too, so I only had to pay the $3 to park.
Speaking of money, we got a statement from our insurance that we owe the hospital $175 for the HSG I had at the beginning of the month. We checked beforehand to make sure it was covered. It was covered 100% with no co-pay. It looks like it might have been filed wrong. Instead of outpatient diagnostics in radiology it was labeled as surgery. The 5 minute procedure cost over $5,000!!! *jawdrop*
So we're going to have to get that straightened out. Our insurance doesn't cover infertility treatments, but it does cover diagnostic stuff so we need them to pay for as much as they can.
