A baker's dozen!

We got thirteen eggs! Never in my wildest dreams did I think we would get that many. I am very excited to say the least.

Last night was pretty bad. The doc gave me the go ahead to take some lor.tab last night. I did and about an hour later I started feeling just awful. Lightheaded, shaky, chills and nausea. It never has that effect on me. A girl at work yesterday went home with a stomach virus so I was afraid I was getting that. I never actually threw up but came close. I went to bed at 8:30 because I couldn't stand to do anything else. I woke up when Eric came to bed at 10:30 and felt much better so I guess it was just a reaction to the meds along with everything else going on.

This morning was uneventful as we got up and drove to the clinic. I got suited up and they started my iv. Eric went off to do his part and they started my meds. My eyes started crossing when they took effect. Once in the operating room they gave me the rest of the drugs. I was awake the whole time. I probably should have asked for more drugs because it was quite painful, but I didn't. It's like I was halfway there. Once we were dine they wheeled me back out to where Eric was waiting. They told us they got thirteen and I couldn't believe it. I think I asked Eric three times if that was really the number.

We are finally back home and I'm still a little high. I think I might go pass out soon. We should get a call tomorrow with the maturity and fertilization report. Transfer is scheduled for Tuesday.
